Introduction

Congratulation is from the word congratulate, it means the act of congratulating. Normally we use this if someone win but also you can greet the person when he reach or get his dream. When someone graduated, pass the exams, hired from the job, as long as the person get what he wants you can congratualtion him or her.

Another event that you can use this word is on the weddings, party's and engagement.
